Synopsis
Building on Dave Snowden's Estuarine Mapping talk last year, Agile Singapore is delighted to present a follow-up workshop focusing on practical applications for Agile practitioners – how a technique like Estuarine Mapping can be used for strategy and delivery.We first invite you to start thinking about the current state of Agile implementation in the organisations you work in/with, and what future states might look like.
During this 2-hr workshop, you will get a taste of how you can go from abstract theory to very practical mapping of strategy and monitoring of delivery.
